The Finca has an agricultural water supply from March until November and a 150,000 litre cisterna in which to store water over the winter months, all of which is plumbed to the house via the filtration system.  In addition the Finca has its own water supply, via a bore hole, which is electrically pumped into 2 underground water deposits and also plumbed to the house.
