Number 69 is a two bedroomed apartment in the Residential Aloe complex.  it is available to be let out throughout the year to take advantage of special offers available with the low-cost airlines. the apartment is in a small gated complex; it has a beautiful outdoor pool area and is situated in Las Mimosas, which is about 6 km south of Torrevieja.  the area is well served by both Alicante airport, (40-minute drive) and Murcia (San Javier),(20-minute drive).

There are numerous bars, restaurants, and a well-stocked supermarket within walking distance, and every Saturday there is an enormous market just a 10-minute walk away. Playa Flamenca and La Zenia beaches are a 5-minute drive away.  

The apartment has two bedrooms both with twin beds, and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area.  the kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, and washing machine.  We receive English satellite television.

There is a paved area outside the patio doors and a small private garden in which to sunbathe and BBQ.
